central location functional air convenient checkout close shops
the hotel sits in a really central spot. shops are close. the o2 city hall is nearby. my room had air conditioning that worked fine. i found the late checkout, at 12pm, is convenient.
my room's view faced an internal area. cleanliness wasn't great. the toilet made noise after flushing.

the hotel offered convenient luggage storage both before check-in and after checkout. the bar had a relaxing atmosphere and a good selection of drinks. the staff were consistently helpful with directions and local information the hotel provided quick access to public transport.

The reception staff were very helpful. they provided quick assistance with all my questions. the breakfast had a wide variety of options, catering to different dietary needs. i found fresh pastries and a good selection of fruit. the room's soundproofing was really effective. I experienced minimal noise from outside or other guests.
